1. Returns
Because CNC-machined products are often manufactured according to customer drawings, specifications, or customized requirements, returns are generally not accepted for products that have been correctly manufactured according to the approved specifications.
Returns may be considered if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product does not meet the agreed technical specifications.
- The wrong product or quantity was delivered.
- The issue is confirmed to be caused by CNC VIET NHAT.
2. Return Conditions
Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the products and provide:
- Order or quotation information
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the product
- Relevant technical drawings or inspection results, if applicable
Returned products may be inspected before a return, replacement, rework, or refund is approved.
3. Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will be agreed with the customer based on the specific order and circumstances.
Refunds may be provided when:
- The product cannot be reasonably repaired or remade.
- CNC VIET NHAT confirms that the delivered product does not meet the agreed specifications.
- Another refund arrangement has been agreed with the customer.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking or payment service providers.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds may not be accepted for issues caused by:
- Incorrect customer specifications or drawings.
- Improper installation, handling, storage, or use.
- Unauthorized modification or repair.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage occurring after delivery due to external factors.
